Ingredients
(for 20-25 truffles)
225 gr 70% chocolate
160 ml cream
1 glass of rum
Toppings:
Cocoa powder
Grated coconut
Chopped hazelnuts
Preparation
Place the chocolate and rum in a bowl and pour the boiling cream on top. Leave for 5 minutes and then mix until melted, smooth and glossy (if necessary, heat in a bain marie without touching the water). Place the chocolate ganache on a baking tray and chill for about 1 hour to solidify. Take spoonfuls of the ganache and roll into balls with your hands. Dust with cocoa powder, grated coconut and chopped hazelnuts and serve.
