Ingredients
(serves 2)
300 gr cleaned corvina
½ ripe mango
½ red onion
2 radishes
Juice of 2 limes
Juice of 1 small lemon
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste
Fresh samphire to taste
Chilli, chopped, to taste
Dill flowers and chives to taste (optional)
Preparation
Cut the fish into 1.5 cm cubes.
Drizzle with the lime and lemon juice, season with a little salt and leave to marinate for 15-17 minutes in the cold.
Add the diced mango, onion and sliced radishes and mix together.
Serve the fish mixture on a plate, drizzle with the sauce (tiger's milk) and add salicornia to taste.
Sprinkle with chilli flowers to taste. Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and serve chilled.
