After a static decantation fermentation separately in stainless steel vats and transfer to French oak barrels (20% new / 80% used).
The wine ages at low temperatures on its lees for 4 months before bottling.

Taste Notes

A wine that reminds us of the importance of the ecosystem in which Ravasqueira is located. It is 3000 hectares of complex, rich and fascinating nature. A heterogeneous system that compensates and strengthens itself with each aggression of time. The name Encantado tells the story that takes place at the roots of the vines in harmony with the montado and all the fauna and flora of this rich territory that gives rise to unique wines.

Product Information.

It is a wine with an intense minerality and an important herbal side but showing all the power of yellow fruit and even some more tropical. In the mouth it is super textured and shows that it can and should be a wine to be at the table.
